Leads daily dispensary operations, supports staff training and coaching, drives sales and customer loyalty, manages cash handling and inventory reconciliation, maintains compliance with cannabis regulations, supports visual merchandising, and assists with store opening, closing, maintenance, and order fulfillment. Requires strong cannabis product knowledge, leadership, organization, communication, and the ability to travel between multiple locations weekly.

Requires cannabis product and regulatory knowledge, strong communication and organization, and travel between multiple locations.

Assists with cannabis concentrate production, including biomass preparation, extraction machine loading, formulation, filling, packaging, data recording, cleaning, inventory, equipment operation, and basic troubleshooting. Follows SOPs, safety procedures, cleaning schedules, and state medical marijuana regulations. Maintains supplies and workspaces while supporting process improvements. Requires physical handling of materials, standing, repetitive hand use, and exposure to hazardous chemicals and gases.
