Provide on-site desktop and peripheral support in a retail store, diagnosing, repairing, installing, configuring, and maintaining PC hardware, network connections, printers, and presentation equipment. Must support extended and late store hours.

Develop and coach market and store leaders, own market P&L, analyze performance metrics, support store openings and cross-functional initiatives, and ensure compliance and talent development across the region.

Support cannabis concentrate production by preparing biomass, operating extraction equipment, formulating concentrates, filling/packaging, recording data, maintaining inventory, cleaning, following SOPs and safety procedures, and assisting process improvements.
