Collaborate with facility management, regulators, and internal teams to document and resolve discrepancies, oversee recalls, produce weekly compliance reports, and support the Director of Compliance in policy implementation and regulatory inquiries.

Support cannabis concentrate production by preparing biomass, operating extraction equipment, formulating concentrates, filling/packaging, recording data, maintaining inventory, cleaning, following SOPs and safety procedures, and assisting process improvements.

Manage and maintain LAN/WAN/VPN/wireless infrastructure across multiple sites, secure networks with firewalls and VLANs, troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues, monitor performance, perform firmware/patch management, document configurations, support site deployments and network projects (SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, automation), and provide vendor coordination and end-user support.

Assist in cannabis extraction lab to prepare biomass, operate extraction and filling equipment, formulate concentrates, record processing data, maintain inventory, clean and follow SOPs, and support continuous process improvements while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
