Drive net-new business in a greenfield territory from prospecting to close. Build account plans, engage C-suite stakeholders, position Gong's value, self-source outbound opportunities, use MEDDPICC, and collaborate with SDRs and Sales Engineering. Role is remote (MST/PST) with up to 20% travel.

Design and deliver intuitive product experiences for Gong’s B2B SaaS platform. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end design for a product area, conducting user research and usability testing, creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, simplifying complex workflows, refining UI pattern libraries, and collaborating with product managers and engineers to build AI-powered experiences.

Acquire and close net-new enterprise customers across financial services, healthcare, consulting, manufacturing, and energy. Manage the full sales cycle in greenfield territories, develop strategic account plans, self-source opportunities, engage senior executives, position Gong’s Revenue AI solutions, and collaborate with SDR, sales, and sales engineering teams. The role requires complex SaaS sales experience, enterprise prospecting, consultative selling, MEDDPICC methodology, and a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
