Develop and close new business opportunities for fiber-based Internet products across commercial and multiple-dwelling-unit accounts in Connecticut. Responsibilities include executing sales plans, prospecting, cold calling, networking, presenting products, managing sales funnels and forecasts, cultivating decision-maker relationships, attending industry events, supporting customers, and collaborating with Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance.

Manage commercial telecom orders from submission through installation, coordinating licensing, engineering, construction, procurement, vendors, and operations teams. Define project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and change controls while communicating with stakeholders and executives. Ensure business Internet, voice, Wi-Fi, and multi-tenant building projects meet quality and timeline objectives.
