Manage accounting operations for US entities, including payments, invoices, bank and hosting-provider communications, inventory, Bitcoin mining output, reconciliations, and financial documentation. Prepare management reports, coordinate NetSuite month-end close across AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes, support audits, and work with tax advisors and an international finance team.

Own revenue operations across digital acquisition, retention, funnel optimization, commercial analytics, and CRM implementation. The role analyzes conversion, payment, revenue, CAC, LTV, and retention metrics; identifies growth opportunities and revenue leakage; launches experiments; improves cross-sell and reactivation; standardizes commercial processes; and partners with Product, Marketing, Payments, Finance, and Analytics teams. It also represents the commercial function and supports scalable infrastructure and performance management.

Own and administer a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld environment, configuring finance and Procure-to-Pay processes, workflows, permissions, integrations, reports, and dashboards. Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, manage testing and deployments, perform data migration, optimize finance processes, and translate business requirements into system designs. Collaborate with Finance teams, NetSuite Support, and external consultants.
