Lead and own the platform domain as an internal product: define strategy and roadmap, ensure custody and compliance infrastructure (KYC, Travel Rule), drive reliability/SLA, mentor engineers, set standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve platform adoption and operational excellence.

Lead retention and marketing analytics: build lifecycle and segmentation frameworks, design and analyze A/B tests, drive personalization and KPI dashboards, automate retention reporting, and partner with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Data Engineering to turn insights into action.
