Administers employee benefits, payroll compliance, leave programs, unemployment claims, employment verifications, and regulatory reporting. The role audits deductions and enrollments, coordinates vendors, supports open enrollment, manages FMLA and other leave processes, maintains confidential HR records, and assists employees with HR questions. It also contributes to general HR operations and process improvement within a food manufacturing environment supporting onsite and remote employees across multiple states.

Leads GoMacro’s R&D organization and technical team across food product development, formulation, process development, commercialization, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement. Establishes scalable R&D processes, standards, documentation, and governance while partnering with manufacturing, engineering, marketing, FSQA, procurement, and commercialization teams. Ensures products meet quality, cost, manufacturability, technical, and brand objectives, manages technical risks, and develops high-performing food science teams.
