Supports GoMacro’s marketing communications through social media content creation and scheduling, community engagement, influencer and partnership coordination, creative asset organization, sampling and PR mailer logistics, and general project coordination. The internship provides hands-on exposure to social media, public relations, creative production, digital campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Manage regional Natural Channel sales, including account acquisition, distributor and broker relationships, trade spending, forecasting, profitability, and sales execution. The role develops retail partnerships, leads quarterly business reviews, identifies distribution opportunities, monitors competitive activity, supports shopper marketing, and presents account insights. It requires extensive CPG sales experience, strong relationship-building and account-planning skills, Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency, a bachelor's degree, 50% travel, and a valid driver's license with a personal vehicle.

Administers employee benefits, payroll compliance, leave programs, unemployment claims, employment verifications, and regulatory reporting. The role audits deductions and enrollments, coordinates vendors, supports open enrollment, manages FMLA and other leave processes, maintains confidential HR records, and assists employees with HR questions. It also contributes to general HR operations and process improvement within a food manufacturing environment supporting onsite and remote employees across multiple states.
