Support underwriting and financial analysis for potential acquisitions and development investments using Excel and Argus. Conduct purchase-price, income/expense, site selection, and comparable analyses; support due diligence and investment memo preparation; collaborate with development, asset management, accounting, and leasing teams; perform market research and assist investor relations for debt and equity capital.

Manage and execute multifamily, commercial, and corporate marketing and communications strategies. Lead a Marketing Associate, oversee brand standards and digital assets, track lead generation and budgets, manage PR and social media, run internal communications, plan events, and periodically travel to assigned markets to support property and portfolio goals.

Support day-to-day operations of a historic office building, handling tenant service requests, accounts payable/receivable, lease data entry, insurance certificate management, event coordination, budget and financial reporting assistance, and general office/maintenance scheduling to ensure tenant and owner satisfaction.
