Designs, automates, secures, and operates Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud and hybrid infrastructure. Responsibilities include identity, endpoint, virtual desktop, monitoring, backup, resiliency, automation, security hardening, incident response, documentation, and technical leadership. The role leads infrastructure modernization workstreams, coordinates with vendors and stakeholders, supports on-call operations, and evaluates AI and Copilot applications for secure operational automation.

Supports investor communications and servicing through investor onboarding, account maintenance, data governance, reporting, bank reconciliations, CRM process improvements, and quality assurance. Coordinates with internal teams, manages investor information, supports compliance-related processes, contributes to department projects, and meets service-level agreements and team deliverables in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The Financial Accountant will manage accounting and financial reporting for one or more BDC funds. Responsibilities include maintaining general ledgers, preparing monthly and quarterly close packages, forecasts, investor reporting, debt compliance, SOX controls, audit support, and quarterly filings. The role also supports new BDC launches, cross-functional initiatives, process automation, and ad hoc projects while applying GAAP and analyzing complex investment agreements, fee arrangements, and partner allocations.
