The Marketing Manager oversees marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Leads development services for corporate and franchise gym locations, overseeing design standards, construction delivery, remodels, capital improvements, franchise support, vendors, budgets, schedules, and project governance. Directs Design and Construction teams, manages concurrent multi-site initiatives, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures projects meet brand, cost, quality, and timeline objectives. Supports strategic development planning, permitting, contractor coordination, franchise onboarding, and portfolio modernization across North America.

Supervise front desk staff and daily front-desk operations, provide excellent member check-in and customer service, manage memberships and payments, handle scheduling and phone inquiries, assist with opening/closing procedures, and ensure a clean, safe guest experience.
