Provides administrative and operational HR support across employee records, HRIS and payroll updates, onboarding, offboarding, benefits and leave administration, compliance documentation, reporting, audits, employee inquiries, and HR projects. Maintains confidential and accurate records, supports employee lifecycle processes, coordinates with payroll and benefits vendors, and helps improve HR processes and employee experience. The role is primarily office-based in Dallas with minimal travel.

The Front Desk Lead oversees daily front desk operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
