Develops operational metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and performance-monitoring reports for Marcus business units. Performs ad hoc analysis of large datasets, interprets findings, and recommends business-process improvements. Builds reporting mechanisms for management review while collaborating with internal stakeholders to support customer experience at scale.
