Lead delivery of low-latency trading infrastructure projects: plan and manage schedules, budgets, hardware provisioning, exchange/onboarding, basic server and switch configuration, infrastructure documentation, vendor relationships, and cross-team coordination to ensure platform stability and performance.

Develop and maintain compliance surveillance and model-driven software solutions. Partner with global stakeholders to design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain applications handling large and real-time datasets. Use Java-centric stacks, front-end frameworks, messaging, search, and container orchestration; apply AI-assisted developer tools to accelerate coding, testing, and code quality while ensuring production readiness and regulatory compliance.

Prepare and oversee legal-entity financial accounting including month-end close, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and support audits and compliance.
