Provides Tier 1 and 2 IT support for hardware, software, networks, telecommunications, and applications. Troubleshoots incidents, manages PC imaging and replacements, monitors infrastructure, backups, virtualization, and security issues, and maintains user accounts and technical documentation. Supports vendors and District employees while participating in an on-call rotation for 24/7 public safety operations.
