Processes vendor invoices and payments, verifies coding and purchase orders, reconciles statements, manages vendor records, reviews employee expenses, supports 1099 preparation, and resolves payment inquiries while maintaining financial controls and compliance.

Senior Accountant responsible for general ledger maintenance, journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, audit support, contract accounting, revenue recognition, leases, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting under US GAAP and league requirements. The role also supports controls, process improvements, SOPs, system implementations, UAT, and cross-functional accounting analysis with Legal, Operations, and FP&A.

Coordinates game presentation, in-arena entertainment, event logistics, scripts, staff, partner fulfillment, and non-game events. Supports arena operations by conducting walkthroughs, coordinating maintenance and repair projects, and ensuring safety equipment and procedures function properly. Works onsite in a fast-paced environment with evening and weekend responsibilities.
