Partner with brokers, carriers, cross-functional teams, and leadership to ensure appropriate coverage, cost-effectiveness, compliance, and reporting. Maintain insurance schedules, perform trend and benchmarking analysis, support audits, and train stakeholders.

Lead and manage IT projects from business case through deployment. Serve as liaison between business and IT, ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality, coordinate teams and vendors, support change management and user training, recommend IT solutions, and manage purchase requisitions.
