Lead long-term load forecasting and resource planning: validate models and assumptions, coordinate IRP activities and regulatory submissions, analyze forecast variances, maintain audit-ready documentation, and communicate results to member cooperatives and leadership.

Lead and manage IT projects from business case through deployment. Serve as liaison between business and IT, ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality, coordinate teams and vendors, support change management and user training, recommend IT solutions, and manage purchase requisitions.
