Manages reception, client communications, correspondence, office operations, inventory, filing systems, and client experience for regional financial-services offices. Supports sales teams, seminars, and educational workshops while maintaining office organization and operational excellence. Requires strong phone support, communication, proofreading, Microsoft Office, Teams, accountability, and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time, in-office role with occasional evening hours and overtime.

Manages the back-end client sales process, builds financial planning Roadmaps, provides ongoing client support, and facilitates life insurance and annuity applications from start to finish. Supports sales teams, educational workshops, and office operations while following company processes. Requires at least two years of financial services experience, insurance application expertise, strong accountability, problem-solving ability, and reliable in-office attendance in the Kennesaw or Alpharetta area.
