Serve as regional receptionist and office manager: handle all client communications, manage office operations and inventory, maintain client filing, support sales team and educational events, and deliver exceptional client experience.

Build and lead a national internal tax support and preparation team as a player-coach (75% tax work, 25% team development). Manage annual tax return preparation, provide real-time tax planning support, participate in events, and coordinate expansion and processes across multiple locations.

Lead and build an internal tax support and preparation team while serving as a hands-on tax practitioner. Spend majority of time preparing annual returns and providing real-time tax support, and the remainder establishing processes, managing a multi-location team, participating in events, and expanding the tax department.
