Manage and grow pet-industry retail sales across the Middle America territory. Responsibilities include acquiring new stores and accounts, developing distributor and retailer relationships, meeting sales targets, managing budgets, forecasting, monitoring market trends, coordinating product launches and promotions, supporting order fulfillment, and representing brands at industry events. The role is remote and requires approximately 75% travel.

Analyzes logistics, inventory, fulfillment, transportation, and distribution data for an omni-channel pet product network. Develops dashboards, scorecards, and reports; identifies performance gaps and root causes; supports inventory, replenishment, capacity, and demand planning; validates ERP and WMS data; coordinates shipments with distribution centers, vendors, and carriers; and recommends process improvements to enhance delivery performance, cost efficiency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Provides proactive executive support through calendar, scheduling, travel, meeting preparation, communications, and follow-through. Owns day-to-day office and studio operations, including vendors, supplies, equipment, technology, logistics, and buildout coordination. Creates workflows, documentation, and systems; uses AI and automation to reduce manual work; tracks decisions and commitments; and independently resolves operational issues while escalating appropriately.
