Leads the School of Emerging Technology across San Francisco and Singapore, overseeing academic programs, AI curriculum, industry partnerships, enrollment growth, new business development, faculty and staff, the Center for Applied AI, budgets, compliance, and external representation. The role requires building and scaling technology-focused organizations, launching executive education and corporate training programs, developing global partnerships, and driving academic excellence and financial performance.

Build and maintain production LLM-based tools, agent workflows, reporting automation, and AI-driven analysis for enrollment and financial projections. Connect AI systems to Ellucian Colleague and other institutional systems, manage models and integrations, ensure reliability and cost control, and uphold FERPA-compliant data governance. Advise executive leadership on practical AI applications and independently turn business requests into working tools.

Tenure-track faculty member responsible for graduate teaching, student mentoring, clinical training oversight, licensure compliance, internship partnerships, program operations, scholarship, service, and strategic development across counseling, marriage and family therapy, and industrial-organizational psychology programs.
