Support psychology courses by attending classes, conducting review sessions, explaining model questions and answers, meeting students during office hours, and providing individual or small-group guidance. Teaching assistants may also supervise or coach student teams in simulated exercises and perform other assigned academic support duties. The schedule is variable and may include evening or weekend hours.

Manages a portfolio of academic and instructional design projects, including D2L migration, EDVisor course transitions, and course-format conversions. Coordinates faculty, program directors, instructional designers, senior leadership, and external partner Hurix Digital. Maintains project plans, workflows, checklists, documentation, status reports, and training materials while monitoring quality, accessibility, deadlines, risks, and deliverables.

Supports institutional research and business analytics by analyzing student, staff, enrollment, retention, and graduation data. Creates dashboards for university leadership and academic stakeholders, assists with federal and state reporting, validates data and identifies inconsistencies, and contributes to predictive modeling and ad hoc analysis. The role requires Python and Pandas, Excel, Tableau, SQL, reporting tools, strong communication, and the ability to manage priorities.
