Lead recruiting, development and management of a team of financial advisors to drive sales of protection and investment products, financial planning, and wealth management. Coach, mentor, and retain talent; engage in frontline recruiting, build referral networks, and measure team production. Role is full-time, on-site and may retain personal production.

Build and nurture a client book through networking, social media, referrals and events; provide financial planning, wealth management, estate planning and insurance solutions; collaborate with planning teams; obtain required licenses; grow business, mentor team members, and use company marketing and technology to drive client outcomes.

Part-time front-desk role providing reception and administrative support: greeting visitors, answering phones, managing mail and supplies, coordinating vendors, onboarding new staff, scheduling conference rooms, and supporting events and other departments.

Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to individuals and business owners, conduct portfolio reviews, prospect for high-net-worth clients, collaborate with tax/estate/insurance specialists, and ensure regulatory compliance while growing and retaining client relationships.
