Manage client support, subcontractor procurement, quality, schedule, commissioning, cost control, and occupational safety while implementing company processes and identifying optimisation opportunities.

Design and produce M&E concepts, BIM/Revit-based plans and calculations for technical building systems. Coordinate with clients, sales engineers, internal teams and external design offices, prepare bills of quantities, tender documentation, and evaluate subcontractor offers while ensuring quality, cost control and compliance with standards and regulations.
