Provides administrative and sales coordination support to account management teams. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and sales documents, maintaining CRM records, coordinating meetings and demos, researching prospects and competitors, supporting pre- and post-sales activities, reporting campaign results, communicating customer feedback, and assisting with promotional materials.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform system failure analysis, conduct root cause investigations, collaborate with engineering and support teams, document debugging processes, use diagnostic tools, and recommend corrective actions and system improvements.

Oversee daily manufacturing operations, assign workflows and schedules, coach production employees, verify output quality, maintain equipment safety, monitor productivity, prepare performance reports, and identify efficiency improvements while controlling costs.
