Performs advanced accounting functions, including revenue accounting, complex reconciliations, journal entries, financial close, reporting, audit coordination, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Maintains general ledger accuracy, ensures GAAP compliance, resolves revenue discrepancies, supports business partners and auditors, and improves accounting processes, reporting capabilities, and internal controls.

Provides specialized technical engineering support for aircraft powerplants and APUs. Responsibilities include analyzing airworthiness directives and manufacturer service information, developing engineering orders and continued-airworthiness instructions, monitoring engine trends, coordinating repairs and engine events, supporting maintenance planning, liaising with OEMs and vendors, and providing 24/7 troubleshooting support to Maintenance Control. The role requires FAA compliance, technical documentation, fleet reliability oversight, and occasional travel to maintenance bases, vendors, and manufacturer conferences.

Process accurate and timely payroll for airline employees, including reviewing payrolls, verifying pay changes and deductions, maintaining records, correcting errors, responding to employee and agency inquiries, supporting tax compliance and reporting, and collaborating with accounting and operations. The role requires confidentiality, organization, attention to detail, independent work, deadline management, and occasional non-standard hours.
