Own day-to-day investment operations for JISA products: reporting, reconciliations, trade processing, transfers, cancellations, cash checks, process improvements, SOP creation, and stakeholder liaison with third-party providers and Member Services.

Lead the Core Experience product roadmap for a B2C fintech app, delivering AI-enabled features, improving key customer journeys (card spending, allowance, savings, investing), and driving engagement and retention through systems thinking and family-focused experiences.
