Manage motor insurance operations including new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, documentation, policy records, customer enquiries, and insurer liaison. Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams on premiums, refunds, reports, and outstanding items. Ensure compliance with company and Insurance Authority requirements while maintaining accurate records and supporting management requests.

Lead autonomous growth initiatives across Hong Kong by identifying business opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, expanding logistics and specialized transport categories, and improving marketplace products. Analyze campaign and supply-demand data, define product requirements, coordinate with analytics, marketing, and operations teams, and manage budgets to maximize ROI. The role requires strong commercial judgment, project execution, marketplace understanding, and fluent English and Cantonese.

Develop and evaluate pricing models for a two-sided marketplace. Responsibilities include assessing current pricing logic, comparing mechanism design, optimization, predictive, and machine learning approaches, testing recommendations on marketplace data, designing live experiments, defining guardrails and success metrics, and preparing implementation guidance for data engineers.
