Own the global Employer of Record product, including strategy, service delivery, commercial model, operating standards, compliance, and profitability. Lead regional product and operations leaders, drive revenue growth and client retention, establish global SLAs and quality standards, optimize cost-to-serve and margins, and oversee regulatory governance across multiple jurisdictions. Partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to scale and continuously improve EOR services.

Manage and support a portfolio of client accounts, strengthening retention, satisfaction, service delivery, renewals, and growth opportunities. Coordinate onboarding, client communications, QBRs, issue resolution, billing reviews, contracts, CRM records, account metrics, and cross-functional delivery across HR, payroll, finance, compliance, and Employer of Record services. Support proposals, upselling, process improvements, and global stakeholder collaboration.

Run end-to-end in-house Netherlands payroll using Numbrs, ensuring accurate calculations, filings, statutory compliance, payslips, employee data, reporting, audits, and query resolution. Maintain relationships with local authorities, support HR operations, monitor regulatory changes, safeguard confidential records, and resolve payroll discrepancies. The role requires independent payroll processing expertise, Dutch and English fluency, strong organization, attention to detail, and at least two years of Netherlands payroll experience.
