The Data Science Manager will lead a team to build data science foundations, drive marketing innovations, and deliver scalable AI solutions to optimize growth decisions.

Lead a data engineering team responsible for roadmap ownership, predictable delivery, data platform reliability, governance, and scalable data products. Partner across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Privacy, and business teams to prioritize work, manage risks, and make trade-offs. Hire, coach, and develop engineers while guiding technical direction with architects and Staff+ engineers. Ensure trusted data products support reporting, analytics, AI/ML, and product experiences.

Provide frontline remote desktop and IT support, administer cloud services, support audiovisual systems and video conferences, manage VOIP, maintain remote office dashboards and displays, and assist with office network and VPN connections. The role also supports office events, may require travel, and requires strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
