Build and own scalable data pipelines, models, controls, monitoring, and reconciliation systems supporting Accounting and Finance. Partner with Analytics, Payments, Compliance, Tax, and Engineering to ensure financial data is accurate, traceable, auditable, and regulatory-ready. Lead data quality, observability, automation, and platform standards across Snowflake, NetSuite, payment processors, and transaction systems. Use AI-assisted engineering practices, mentor others, and translate complex financial and compliance requirements into durable technical solutions.

Lead the Payments engineering organization in defining strategy, building scalable payment infrastructure, and delivering reliable transactional systems. Manage, hire, coach, and develop engineers while providing architectural and technical leadership. Partner with product, risk, finance, compliance, operations, and external stakeholders. Establish standards for reliability, observability, security, testing, operational readiness, and incident response, while leading complex initiatives across distributed teams.

Design, build, and maintain Snowflake-based enterprise data warehouse and ELT pipelines. Integrate data from databases, streams, and web APIs, enable reverse-ETL to third-party tools, and develop REST endpoints for data products. Monitor and optimize performance, costs, and permissions while collaborating with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders.
