Identify and research B2B prospects, build targeted prospect lists, conduct cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach, qualify leads, schedule discovery meetings, maintain CRM records, track performance, and optimize prospecting strategies in collaboration with the sales team.

Supports marketing and business development through email communications, newsletters, website and social media updates, CRM maintenance, research, events, reports, legal directory projects, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong writing, proofreading, organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing technologies. This is a full-time hybrid contract position requiring three office days per week in New York City.

Supports cloud infrastructure operations, deployments, monitoring, incident resolution, disaster recovery, backups, IAM governance, and Level 2 production support. Develops automation, monitoring, reporting, documentation, and cloud standards while troubleshooting production issues and participating in on-call rotations. Collaborates with platform teams, researches cloud-native technologies, improves reliability and cost efficiency, and supports secure distributed systems.
