Perform manual assembly using hand and air tools to build parts per prints and work instructions. Stand, walk, crouch, bend, and climb in non-airconditioned production areas. Follow safety/PPE and Code of Conduct, pass bench/simulation test, communicate with team leads, and meet daily targets with zero defects.

Lead mechanical design and new product development for boat systems ensuring compliance with USCG and ABYC standards. Maintain PDM and service documentation, support production and customer service, validate product changes, train production staff, and test/troubleshoot boats on the water to ensure safety, reliability, and manufacturability.

Lead site EHS and environmental programs in a manufacturing facility: ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, perform risk assessments and incident investigations, manage permits and regulatory reporting, run audits and IH monitoring, drive ESG (energy/water/waste/GHG) reductions, deliver role-based training, mentor EHS staff, and maintain EHS/ESG data and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
