Lead visual development and execution of integrated advertising campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and brand channels. Collaborate with copywriters, Creative Directors, strategists, producers, and external vendors to design and art-direct assets, present work to clients, and maintain creative excellence. Use Figma, Adobe CC, and AI tools to prototype and extend campaigns across channels.

Lead business development efforts (manage HubSpot pipeline, qualify leads, conduct first-call screens, drive proposals/RFPs, outreach) while managing marketing (social content, campaigns, metrics, website updates) and providing light executive support to the President (calendar, briefings, communications). Hybrid role in San Francisco with client-facing responsibilities and agency collaboration.
