Coordinate and supervise TOP Clubhouse services and staff, ensure documentation and program fidelity to Clubhouse standards, prepare reports and manage budgets, supervise interns/volunteers, and support member engagement, community linkages, and outreach in the Program Director's absence.

Support the Program Director in daily management, supervise staff and activities, run evening and weekend Beacon programming, maintain compliance and data entry into DYCD systems, coordinate community and DOE partnerships, lead training and evaluations, and assume full leadership in the Director's absence.

Serve as senior HR leader overseeing a team of HR professionals supporting 850+ employees. Lead HR operations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, compliance, HRIS, analytics, and board reporting to drive organizational culture and retention.
