Provides legal representation to low-income tenants and tenant groups in housing-related litigation, administrative matters, negotiations, and trials. Conducts legal research, writes memoranda, advises clients, delivers tenant-rights trainings, supports impact litigation, and collaborates with organizers on outreach and affordable-housing advocacy. The temporary role involves frequent travel to court and occasional visits to client homes and tenant residences.

Supports Beacon Community Center operations through attendance tracking, registration, data entry, record-keeping, supply management, participant file maintenance, cleaning, and program support. Escorts youth to off-site activities, enforces program and safety rules, assists youth groups, fosters a positive learning environment, and participates in training, meetings, and supervision.

Manages participant support for a workforce development program serving young adults. Supervises Case Managers, oversees assessments, treatment planning, counseling, case management, documentation, reporting, workshops, referrals, and community partnerships. The role supports participants facing mental health, substance use, educational, employment, and socioeconomic barriers while ensuring compliance with program and government contract requirements.
