The Account Coordinator will support Account Managers by managing client communications, handling escalations, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining account documentation, and improving client experience.

Build and maintain analytics platform, dashboards, KPIs and data models. Perform data cleaning, troubleshooting, ad-hoc analysis, and partner with operations, product, and engineering. Spend time onsite in warehouses to inform metrics and reporting.

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring compliance with multi-state employment laws, managing employee relations, and supporting HR operations across multiple US warehouse locations.
