Backend engineer responsible for designing and implementing features across Ruby on Rails and new service-driven architectures. Deliver well-tested, stable features, identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks, make technical recommendations, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and contribute to code reviews and team processes. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
