Teams at GOARC

Build and maintain scalable full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. Own work from design through deployment, participate in architecture discussions and code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and improve engineering practices. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering in a remote-first Agile environment while contributing to platform evolution and technical decisions.

Own product initiatives from discovery through release, translating strategy and customer problems into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Collaborate closely with R&D and QA, validate solutions with enterprise customers, track risks and usage data, and shape product direction. Lead customer-facing webinars, training, release communications, and product marketing content for primarily US-based audiences.

Lead enterprise presales activities including discovery, requirements gathering, tailored demonstrations, technical validation, workflow documentation, RFx support, and implementation handoffs. Partner with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to improve solution fit, customer outcomes, and presales processes. Contribute to reusable discovery guides, demo scripts, use case libraries, requirements templates, and field feedback while helping establish scalable enterprise sales practices.
