The Strategic Accounts Sales Executive will lead sales cycles for large school districts, building relationships and driving transformative deals while maintaining forecasted pipelines.

Manage day-to-day finance and HR operations including accounts payable/receivable, collections, expense reconciliation, HR systems and onboarding/offboarding, vendor coordination, process improvements, and cross-functional operational support. Occasional travel for onboarding and team events.

The Sales Development Representative will generate high-quality leads, engage school district leaders, schedule meetings for the sales team, and meet pipeline generation goals. Requires excellent relationship-building skills and previous experience in teaching and sales.

The HR Business Partner will support managers in performance coaching, manage employee relations issues, and oversee people systems like performance cycles and engagement surveys. The role emphasizes relationship building and consistency in HR policies across the organization.
