Provide luxury 5‑star reservations and guest services for hotels, resorts, and private jet clients in the Sports & Entertainment division. Drive sales, take bookings, resolve guest issues, calculate discounts/commissions, coordinate with FBO and hotel partners, and work the posted Tue–Sat schedule.

Clean, inspect, fuel, and stage rental vehicles to company standards; perform interior and exterior detailing, minor stain removal, inventory cleaning supplies, assist with local vehicle deliveries, and report safety or damage issues.

Provide first-class guest service for a luxury car rental brand: greet and assist high-profile guests, perform driving duties, support sales and customer service, follow safety and operational protocols, collaborate with partners (FBO/hotels), and uphold vehicle presentation standards. Must be professional, hospitality-minded, and able to travel when needed.
