Owns end-to-end graphic design across brand systems, marketing campaigns, digital and print materials, education content, sales collateral, partner assets, events, and orthodontic client marketing. Maintains visual consistency, manages print production, coordinates vendors, communicates design rationale, and balances multiple deadlines independently. Motion graphics, video editing, web tools, photography, and software design systems are helpful but not required.

Build and maintain automations, data pipelines, internal tools, and AI-enabled workflows for a marketing agency. Responsibilities include integrating platforms, automating reporting and creative operations, resolving data integrity issues, evaluating AI tools, supporting LLM adoption, documenting systems, and establishing practical AI standards for regulated healthcare clients. The role requires reliable engineering practices, clear communication with nontechnical teams, and on-site collaboration.
