Leads the United Way of McPherson County’s strategy, fundraising, communications, finances, operations, partnerships, board relations, and community engagement. The Executive Director develops multi-year plans, tracks organizational performance, maintains fiscal health, manages campaigns and events, ensures regulatory and United Way Worldwide compliance, recruits board members, and strengthens relationships with partner agencies, donors, volunteers, and community organizations.

The role involves assisting in the design of county engineering projects, becoming a Bridge Inspection Team Leader, and solving maintenance issues.

As an Operations Specialist, you'll assist in grain, feed, and agronomy operations, maintain equipment, and support daily tasks, ensuring safety and excellent customer service.
