Perform general campus maintenance including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, groundskeeping, snow removal, and custodial support. Troubleshoot issues, maintain inventory and records, perform emergency inspections/repairs, respond after hours as needed, and comply with college policies and safety procedures.

Designs and refines mechanical products from concept through production: creates 3D models and drawings, performs stress/flow analyses, develops BOMs, supports manufacturing, testing, vendor/customer interactions, and cost-reduction activities.

The role involves assisting in the design of county engineering projects, becoming a Bridge Inspection Team Leader, and solving maintenance issues.
