Manage and grow assigned accounts by building relationships with decision-makers, owning pipeline from lead generation to close, attending industry events, collaborating with marketing and vendors, developing account strategies and pricing, and presenting and negotiating new business.

Manage contract lifecycle and project financials from award to close: prepare change orders and invoices, process subcontractor/supplier invoices, track AR and cash flow, ensure contract compliance and documentation, and support project managers with onboarding and financial reporting to optimize project profitability.

Lead procurement and sourcing for manufacturing operations, develop supplier strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, support inventory and continuity, mitigate supply risks, and collaborate cross-functionally on NPI, quality, and cost-savings initiatives using ERP and procurement tools.
