Leads and scales the sales team, owns revenue targets, coaches representatives, builds repeatable sales processes, manages pipeline performance, and supports go-to-market strategy. The role partners with Product, Marketing, Client Strategy, and senior sales leadership to align offerings, improve sales execution, and balance SMB and Enterprise initiatives. It is fully in person in Overland Park, Kansas, with moderate travel for targeted sales meetings.

Leads new business development for a digital marketing agency by prospecting, cold-calling, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, closing sales, and transitioning new clients to account strategy teams. Targets digital marketing decision-makers, collaborates with marketing and product teams, tracks industry trends, and achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Supervise accounting and financial operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, payroll, billing, collections, payables, and consolidated reporting. Analyze client contract impacts, communicate financial information, manage internal and external relationships, and identify process improvements. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, compliance, and Microsoft Excel skills, with NetSuite knowledge preferred.
