Lead and scale the Video sales organization across EMEA, owning revenue, pipeline, partner growth, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional execution while managing regional teams and stakeholders.

Lead AI experimentation track: structure and facilitate pilot projects, run workshops and sprints, apply OKR and agile practices, bridge strategy and execution, synthesize experiment results into decision-ready insights, and drive AI-enabled solutions across cross-functional teams.

Produce high-volume, customized digital and print designs from brief to final files. Prepare assets for print and web, retouch and color-correct photography, create illustrations and custom typography, and manage client and stakeholder communications. Serve as a dependable contributor on higher-level projects, provide QA and mentorship to the design team, and participate in creative strategy sessions.
