Drive the global People & Culture AI and automation roadmap, identify and prioritize use cases, strengthen HR processes and data foundations, build business cases, and lead transformation initiatives through implementation and adoption. Evaluate Workday and other HCM capabilities, advise on technology and vendor choices, and support responsible AI governance, privacy, security, and regulatory readiness. Engage stakeholders, facilitate change, and translate HR, technology, data, and employee experience needs into scalable solutions.

Lead and execute verification for embedded firmware: specify, plan, automate and run tests for signal processing algorithms, wireless protocols and OS. Improve test automation, tools and environments, report findings to developers, and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.

Develops software and hardware production test solutions for new product introduction projects involving professional audio and video products. Responsibilities include defining test concepts, fixtures, sequences, and releases; specifying requirements with R&D teams; managing project activities; improving manufacturing test platforms; documenting procedures; and coordinating external partners and test-equipment vendors. The role supports global manufacturing teams in Denmark and China and requires occasional travel.
