Manage bookkeeping for 8–12 member businesses, including income and expense recognition, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, monthly and year-end financial reporting, and CPA coordination. The role also supports OMS implementation, financial analysis, member updates, and ad hoc inquiries while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and strong client relationships.

Leads fulfillment and distribution operations, managing managers, supervisors, technicians, and production teams. Responsibilities include staffing, inventory accuracy, cost control, quality, compliance, turnaround time, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and operational strategy. The role supports reverse logistics, warehouse processes, transportation, vendor management, and regulated-environment compliance while partnering with the division director to meet business objectives.

Plan and deliver integrated UK and Ireland B2B marketing campaigns, partner programmes, customer events, webinars, and channel activities. Coordinate assets, timelines, approvals, communications, budgets, purchase orders, and marketing spend. Collaborate with sales, product teams, distributors, resellers, agencies, and global marketing colleagues. Monitor campaign performance, leads, and marketing metrics, providing reporting and insights to improve future activity.
