Performs reconciliations, NAV validation, cash monitoring, valuation issue resolution, reporting, and data integrity controls for investment accounts. Investigates discrepancies across custodians, administrators, and internal teams, communicates issues affecting investment decisions, and owns resolution through completion. The role also supports audits, system implementations, process improvements, and cross-functional operations initiatives.

Monitor equity, fixed income, FX, and derivative trade settlements from trade date through completion. Maintain broker and custodian instructions, review and sign OTC derivative confirmations, resolve settlement exceptions, issue claims, and coordinate with internal trading and compliance teams. The role also supports process improvement initiatives and requires strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of SWIFT messaging and investment trade lifecycles.
