The Client Systems Manager leads a software engineering team, managing client-facing systems and enhancing CRM capabilities while ensuring operational excellence.

Two-year rotational program supporting investment operations across trade operations, investment analysis, pricing, reconciliations, and shareholder services. Responsibilities include trade lifecycle support, performance and risk analytics, securities valuation, custodian data reconciliation, fund accounting and reporting, and processing client cash flows. Associates receive extensive training and may transition into a permanent investment operations role after completing the program.

Three-year rotational investment research program across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and asset allocation. Associates develop investment models, conduct complex analytical projects, assess company announcements and macroeconomic trends, and present investment ideas while working with researchers, portfolio managers, and traders. The program provides continuous training and aims to place associates into permanent investment-team roles.
