The Client Systems Manager leads a software engineering team, managing client-facing systems and enhancing CRM capabilities while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities include trade lifecycle support, performance and risk analytics, securities valuation, custodian data reconciliation, fund accounting and reporting, and processing client cash flows. Associates receive extensive training and may transition into a permanent investment operations role after completing the program.

Three-year rotational investment research program across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and asset allocation. Associates develop investment models, conduct complex analytical projects, assess company announcements and macroeconomic trends, and present investment ideas while working with researchers, portfolio managers, and traders. The program provides continuous training and aims to place associates into permanent investment-team roles.

Two-year rotational technology program developing tools and processes for investment research, portfolio management, trading, client services, and operations. Responsibilities include application and quantitative development, data processing, AI initiatives, enterprise platform automation, production support, testing, troubleshooting, code and design reviews, and technical documentation. Associates rotate across three technology teams while building skills in Python and other programming languages, DevOps, cloud computing, and responsible AI.

Provides internal desktop and service desk support for approximately 450 global users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, ticket ownership, documentation, escalation management, endpoint and business application administration, system upgrades, automation, change management, and user-focused technology projects. The role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with expertise in at least three specified desktop technologies.

Manages the full lifecycle of corporate actions for investment funds and separately managed accounts, including notifications, voluntary elections, custodian coordination, accounting impacts, and valuation accuracy. Supports pricing activities across equities, futures, fixed income, listed and unlisted derivatives, and complex OTC instruments. The role analyzes exceptions, resolves issues, improves processes, and collaborates with portfolio management, trading, treasury, tax, legal, compliance, and external parties.

Own and expand GMO’s business development across Germany and Austria, targeting pensions, insurers, endowments, family offices, wealth managers, and private banks. Build allocator relationships, influence decision-makers, generate new business, meet revenue targets, and develop strategic market plans. The role requires communicating sophisticated investment strategies across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and quant/systematic products while collaborating with global client relations, investment, and support teams.

The Senior Legal Counsel provides strategic legal advice related to investment mandates, intermediary relationships, and regulatory requirements, supporting asset growth and compliance in various markets.

Lead GMO's business development in Switzerland (Zurich), owning a prospect universe across pensions, insurance, E&Fs, family offices, wealth managers and private banks. Generate new assets through targeted outreach, influence allocators, service key accounts, represent GMO's equity, fixed income and alternatives strategies (including quant/systematic), collaborate with European and global teams, and contribute to strategic market and product development plans to meet sales and revenue targets.

Create and maintain client, prospect, and consultant reporting, including RFPs and DDQs; keep marketing content and data current and compliant; support Global Relationship Managers with ad hoc data requests; maintain analytics reporting and contribute to marketing and client services projects.

The Emerging Country Debt Analyst will conduct economic research, enhance sovereign credit models, analyze emerging market currencies, and communicate with policymakers to inform investment strategies.

Support GMOs Emerging Debt team by performing corporate credit analysis across 300+ EM names. Maintain financial models, assess sovereign linkages, conduct due diligence, produce credit write-ups and presentations, and collaborate within a small investment team to inform portfolio decisions.

Maintain and evolve GMO's security master and portfolio data platforms (NeoXam DataHub, Aladdin, Eagle PACE). Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and Excel to identify data quality issues, define business requirements, support conversions/migrations, implement controls/automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to modernize data validation and onboarding processes.
