The Senior Legal Counsel provides strategic legal advice related to investment mandates, intermediary relationships, and regulatory requirements, supporting asset growth and compliance in various markets.

Provide dedicated support to Relationship Managers for institutional prospects, consultants, and clients across Asia. Deliver regular reporting, handle client servicing and ad-hoc requests, prepare meeting materials, coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Performance, Operations, RFP, Legal/Compliance), and develop understanding of GMO's investment strategies to ensure high client satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end collateral processes for OTC derivatives, futures, and financing products. Perform margin calls, reconciliations, dispute resolution, collateral movements under ISDA/CSA, maintain collateral data, support onboarding, process improvement, system enhancements, audits, and regulatory inquiries while partnering with trading, investment, risk, legal, custodians, and counterparties.

Support corporate actions lifecycle and valuations for GMO funds and accounts. Manage notifications, custodial responses for voluntary actions, ensure correct security valuation, provide pricing across multiple asset classes, and recommend process improvements while coordinating with portfolio managers, trading, tax, legal, and compliance.

The Client Systems Manager leads a software engineering team, managing client-facing systems and enhancing CRM capabilities while ensuring operational excellence.

The Emerging Country Debt Analyst will conduct economic research, enhance sovereign credit models, analyze emerging market currencies, and communicate with policymakers to inform investment strategies.

The Marketing Enablement Associate facilitates client reporting and sales enablement activities, coordinating between departments and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of client reports and materials.

Maintain and evolve GMO's security master and portfolio data platforms (NeoXam DataHub, Aladdin, Eagle PACE). Analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and Excel to identify data quality issues, define business requirements, support conversions/migrations, implement controls/automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to modernize data validation and onboarding processes.
