Supports engineering and project execution activities under senior staff guidance. Responsibilities include engineering documentation, calculations, technical evaluations, project tracking, quality and safety compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, operations, and project teams. The role develops knowledge of company products, manufacturing processes, engineering standards, software tools, and technical procedures while progressively building independent problem-solving and technical capabilities.

The Quality Specialist oversees product quality across fabrication and manufacturing, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards. Responsibilities include maintaining the quality management system, conducting audits and reviews, controlling scrap and warranty costs, driving continuous improvement through lean manufacturing, analyzing quality records, resolving product issues with customers and technical teams, supporting inspections, and coordinating quality improvements across manufacturing, engineering, sales, and field service.

Leads the company’s Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process, aligning demand, engineering workload, materials, production capacity, and business objectives. Develops capacity and demand forecasts, coordinates production scheduling and material planning, monitors supply chain risks, and facilitates cross-functional and executive planning reviews. Owns SIOP dashboards, performance metrics, action tracking, and recommendations related to inventory, staffing, outsourcing, capacity constraints, supplier performance, and customer delivery commitments.
