Leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and cost analysis for a manufacturing business. Partners with operations, engineering, sales, and supply chain leaders to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Supports manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, month-end close, reconciliations, audits, internal controls, SOX compliance, ERP enhancements, and management reporting.

Supports engineering and project execution activities under senior staff guidance. Responsibilities include engineering documentation, calculations, technical evaluations, project tracking, quality and safety compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, operations, and project teams. The role develops knowledge of company products, manufacturing processes, engineering standards, software tools, and technical procedures while progressively building independent problem-solving and technical capabilities.

Leads strategic engineered-to-order manufacturing projects from authorization through customer acceptance. Coordinates Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and customers to deliver projects on time, within budget, to specification, and at target margin. Responsibilities include establishing schedules and budgets, managing risks and change orders, monitoring financial performance, resolving cross-functional issues, facilitating technical and manufacturing decisions, and reporting project health to leadership.
