Coordinate new and refurbished equipment orders from customer handoff through completion. Manage customer communications, cross-functional collaboration, schedules, changes, cost and timeline impacts, documentation, meetings, status reporting, and escalation of project risks. Ensure orders are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining comprehensive project records and supporting customer visits as needed.

Coordinates internal and external logistics, including shipment scheduling, goods labeling, export and import documentation, customs and brokerage paperwork, order tracking, invoicing, receiving, and inventory counts. Maintains accurate shipping records, supports accounting, and stays current on international and domestic transportation regulations. The role requires regular computer work and walking on a manufacturing shop floor.

Perform independent manual and CNC machining operations from technical drawings. Operate mills, lathes, drill presses, boring mills, hones, and related equipment; perform setups, inspections, polishing, lapping, hydro testing, packaging, and tool grinding or resharpening. Maintain quality, safety, housekeeping, and SOP compliance while producing components to specification.
