Serves as a primary contact for residents and prospective residents in a student housing community. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, handling walk-ins, conducting tours, processing and closing leases, managing packages, supporting resident and leasing events, assisting with move-ins, maintaining resident relations, and participating in an after-hours on-call rotation while complying with Fair Housing laws.

Provides resident and prospective resident support for a student-living community. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, conducting tours, processing and closing leases, managing packages and paperwork, supporting resident and leasing events, assisting with move-ins and property operations, handling communications, and participating in an after-hours on-call rotation while complying with Fair Housing laws.

Manages property management system integrations, migrations, operations, reporting, user support, ticket escalation, and system improvements. Oversees MRI, Yardi, Entrata, Bluemoon, Funnel, and related platforms while maintaining data accuracy and process standards. Partners with innovation, leasing, and operations leaders to develop procedures, training, and e-learning. Supervises the Systems Specialist and supports audits, billing issues, financial reporting, and user database maintenance.
