Lead research, analysis, and modeling for commercial lending risk. Build and apply algorithms to key metrics, analyze large datasets, document and monitor models, and present findings to senior leadership. Partner with business, IT, and operations to implement analytics-driven strategies and corrective actions that reduce losses and improve portfolio performance.

Manage and lead global Oracle application development teams (onsite/offshore), ensure timely, on-budget delivery, review technical designs, enforce Oracle development standards, coordinate with architecture/DBA/admin groups, handle release management, vendor liaison, budgeting, and performance management for senior developers and consultants.

Monitor and respond to alerts across LAN/WAN, voice, servers and applications; escalate incidents; perform pre-approved code deployments; document processes and shift logs; analyze trends to predict outages; update knowledge base and coordinate with IT teams and vendors.
