Supports Agile software development teams through feature development, testing, vulnerability remediation, DevOps tooling improvements, and production support. Participates in Scrum ceremonies and contributes to web, mobile, API, and data-driven applications. The intern gains full software development lifecycle experience, applies AI-enabled tools responsibly, completes a capstone presentation, and collaborates on improving reliability, scalability, product quality, and delivery speed.

Develop and integrate Salesforce solutions for servicing agents and loan and lease customers. Build custom LWC, Apex, Flows, scheduled jobs, APIs, and microservices across Salesforce, Azure, AWS, and third-party systems. Help establish Salesforce Automotive Cloud architecture, data synchronization, security, monitoring, disaster recovery, testing, and DevOps practices while collaborating with business experts, architects, and product teams.

Supports operational reporting, data analysis, validation, process improvement, and business intelligence requests. Analyzes trends, metrics, processes, and performance data to identify insights and recommendations. Prepares reports and presentations, collaborates with business partners, tracks project progress, and helps maintain reliable reporting resources. The internship also involves responsible use and evaluation of AI tools.
