Designs, develops, implements, and maintains software, databases, servers, websites, email and internet systems. Analyzes user needs, codes and tests programs, administers databases and servers, manages web content, supports networking/telecommunications, and coordinates IT projects and system conversions for county departments.

The 911 Communications Officer handles emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatches appropriate resources, monitors communication equipment, and retrieves criminal information. Requires effective communication and data management skills.

The Coordinator manages compliance with accreditation and certification standards, prepares documentation, coordinates audits, and develops training for the department.
