Lead design and execution of upstream process-development studies for fermentation and cell culture. Run bioreactors, optimize critical process parameters, apply analytical tools to understand physiology, troubleshoot process bottlenecks, perform core lab activities (media prep, inoculation, harvest, centrifugation, sterile filtration), document and present data, collaborate with analytical and protein-science teams, and contribute to project planning and risk assessments.
