Leads new business development by identifying prospects, generating and qualifying leads, conducting discovery meetings, building client relationships, presenting digital product solutions, managing the opportunity pipeline, and supporting handovers to Customer Success. Monitors markets and competitors, develops partnerships, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with internal design, engineering, and technology teams to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Develop and lead complex full-stack software projects, with emphasis on Java backend development, scalable architecture, REST APIs, database optimization, testing, security, and cloud deployment. The role mentors developers, contributes to technical strategy, collaborates with product and project stakeholders, manages delivery risks, participates in code reviews, and resolves defects. Candidates need strong Java, Spring Boot or Java EE, SQL, AWS, CI/CD, Docker, and software engineering experience, with additional experience in cloud, distributed systems, DevOps, and modern API technologies preferred.

The Web Frontend Engineer designs, develops, tests, and maintains scalable web applications using modern frontend technologies. Responsibilities include building accessible responsive interfaces, integrating APIs, contributing to architecture, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting defects, documenting systems, and collaborating with product managers, QA, clients, and stakeholders. The role also provides technical leadership, mentors developers, manages project risks and schedules, and supports quality assurance and continuous improvement.
