Own B2B customer relationships for an out-of-home delivery platform, from onboarding through growth. Drive adoption and performance KPIs, resolve cross-functional blockers, translate customer needs into roadmap input, and use operational data from Looker, BigQuery, and Mixpanel to generate actionable insights. Lead customer reviews, track follow-up actions, identify market growth opportunities, and build business cases while collaborating with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams across markets.

Own the Locker.OS product pillar roadmap for GLS parcel lockers, translating strategy into a prioritized backlog, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with engineering, design, support, and international stakeholders to deliver products, resolve issues, lead agile rituals, and use product metrics and feedback to guide prioritization. The role requires strong organization, communication, technical understanding, and hands-on product ownership in a B2B environment.

Lead international technical integration projects between GLS/NXT, corporate teams, customers, and external partners. Coordinate onboarding, translate technical requirements into deliverables, support product adoption, analyze user feedback, improve integration processes through documentation, tooling, and automation, and report progress to stakeholders and leadership.
