Coordinate regional community engagement and referral development across Eastern Washington and Idaho. Build and maintain referral relationships, research prospects, track referral data, plan and host professional events, support regional marketing and business development initiatives, and report market trends to leadership.

Provide litigation support for plaintiffs' personal injury cases: manage client communications, draft pleadings/discovery/motions, organize case files, review medical records, coordinate experts, and assist with trial preparation and in-court support while handling a high-volume caseload.

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, handling litigation, negotiation, and trial work. Lead and mentor a small support team, maintain client-centered advocacy, manage high-volume caseloads, and engage in community outreach to support firm objectives.
