Supports store leadership by leading team communication, coverage, customer experience, opening and closing duties, operational standards, KPIs, vendor requests, and community partnerships. Works on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas, coaches employees, handles customer accommodations, reinforces visual merchandising and safety standards, and helps maintain an inclusive, engaging store environment.

Leads Glossier’s omni-channel supply chain operations, including 3PL, warehousing, transportation, inventory storage, fulfillment, vendor management, budgets, and operational reporting. Develops domestic and international distribution network strategies, optimizes logistics costs and service levels, implements warehouse systems and automation, and ensures a high-quality customer delivery experience. Builds vendor partnerships, establishes standard processes, drives continuous improvement and sustainability, and leads and develops the operations team.
