Lead and support store operations and customer experience by modeling company values, coaching the team, managing daily coverage, executing opening/closing duties, maintaining visual and safety standards, and assisting in community and vendor initiatives. Spend full time on the sales floor, support customer escalations, and reinforce KPI and recognition programs to drive an inclusive, people-first store culture.

Support influencer community building and campaign execution: scout talent, coordinate contracts and affiliate communications, manage influencer database and product seeding, run reporting and performance tracking, partner with paid media on UGC, oversee showroom/beauty closet logistics, and handle administrative finance/vendor tasks. Focus on relationship-driven growth across IG and TikTok while maintaining equity and brand alignment.

As a Key Lead, you will support the store leadership team in creating exceptional employee and customer experiences, promoting an inclusive environment, and handling daily operations and communications, while leading the team on the floor.
