As a Key Lead, you will support the store leadership team in creating exceptional employee and customer experiences, promoting an inclusive environment, and handling daily operations and communications, while leading the team on the floor.

Manage daily social channel operations (content planning, calendars, captions, basic reporting), execute social strategies for launches, grow audience and engagement, build community interactions, collaborate cross-functionally, create light video/content for TikTok and Instagram, and develop insights-driven dashboards to measure performance.

Lead and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences. Manage floor operations, coach staff, uphold visual and safety standards, assist with opening/closing, reinforce KPIs, handle customer escalations, and foster an inclusive, people-first culture while maintaining operational excellence.
